We specialize in women’s health care providing family planning services, a wide variety of birth control options, and pregnancy care; however we do provide services to men too.

What you need to know prior to an Annual Exam / Pelvic Exam:

48 hours prior to your exam do not douche, have sex, or put anything in your vagina.
You can still have your exam if you are having your period if it is light.
A urine sample may be collected at the time of your visit.
A pelvic exam may be required for the testing and treatment of vaginal infections (you should not be on your period).
